Driving Change – Transforming Vision into Reality

Driving Change – Transforming Vision into Reality

 The Structure of Transformational Change

Need to implement change but don’t know how to make it happen?

Does the change have you or do you have the change? Are you a passive passenger on the bus, at the mercy of where it is taking you, or are you driving the bus, responsible for reaching the destination? This program is designed to give you the tools to create the future that you want as an organisation.

In this program you will experience the structure of driving change and making it stick. How to transform vision into reality, integrating meaning into performance!

Transactional versus Transformational Change!

The reason why many change initiatives fail is that most change processes are aimed at the behavioural level, “doing things differently!” This is transactional and mainly imposed from the outside-in, without considering the thinking and it’s meaningfulness that drives the behaviour. That often creates resistance. Transformational change involves taking new and meaningful thinking (mind) and embedding it into behaviour (body). This inside-out approach tends to be more compelling as it invites ownership of the change.

We know the structure and the systemic nature of that process and have the tools to make the shift. We will share this structure with you and teach you the tools to create lasting change and transformation and the insights that come with it.

Tailored to your needs, you will learn and experience …

  • The systemic or relational nature of change The dynamic between intention and attention
  • How to transfer new thinking into behaviour
  • How to tap into your creative wisdom
  • How to align the integrity between your vision and reality

Our approach is transformational and works best if you fit the following criteria:

  • You are a seasoned leader of people (i.e. team-leader, department head, general manager, sales manager, HR professional, training professional, OD professional, coach, etc).
  • You work in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environments.
  • You are asked to do more with less. To create better outcomes with less resources.
  • You’re an enthusiastic, optimistic, open minded and friendly people-person
  • You genuinely want to make a difference and create an environment where people can flourish and organisations can thrive.
  • You have an open approach to learning, and are willing to step out of your comfort zone if necessary.
